dont know who susan rowland is but she is from norfolk morris could be from norfolk

If the birth year that you quote is taken from the 1841 census remember that on that census ages of those over 15 were rounded down to the nearest 5 or 0. Since both Morris and Elizabeth were listed as 55 they could have been 55 to 59 making them born 1782-1786.

(Tithe, the 10% tax on agricultural produce used to fund the work of the parish church remained payable as actual produce or voluntary cash compositions until the early 19th century. The 1836 Tithe Act converted the payment of tithe in kind into a cash-based rent charge. The new rate required the accurate valuation and survey of large areas of England and Wales. Each parish map, on which every plot is numbered, is accompanied by an instrument of apportionment, known as the award. It is arranged alphabetically by the name of the landowner and can include field names and details of land use.)
