Find Ancestors

Good afternoon everyone, I hope I haven't covered this subject before but I am looking for a child born to Henry Martin Morris and Ada Annie Neale.
Henry and Ada married on the 15 April 1906 in Birmingham, their first child May was born December 1906, they went on to have Clara Selina born March 1908 followed by Stanley Martin Dec.1910, My father Walter Wentworth was born 16 Sep. 1915.
On the 1911 census it says that there was another child that died, this is the child I an trying to find. I know Stanley died 1914. Does anyone know how I could find the name and birth of this child. I do know that they lived at 245 St. Andrews Road Small Heath Birmingham.Taking the dates of the other children's births and the length of the pregnancy then I think the child could have been born between Dec 1908 and March 1910.

Were all the children you know of given two forenames? That might eliminate the children with one forename.

EDIT: Oops, as someone just pointed out, I've been looking for the wrong surname. Duh! moment. :-(

As the parents married in 1906, wouldn't the children's births be reg as Morris?
It's certainly worth considering any Neale deaths before then, in case they were a little presumptive.

Hello Kucinta, the child would have been Morris not Neale, I have just found a William Henry Morris born and Died June quarter 1909, do you know if there is a way of finding the parents of this child or the address where the child died.

You could buy the birth cert, but that's expensive...can't find any baptisms at the moment, that might have been another way.

there seem to be a few possibilities, I was drawn to William Henry because of the Christian names, I don't want to send for the cert, because I might be barking up the wrong tree altogether

The only baptised child I can find of the marriage is Stanley Martin Morris (address 245 ST Andrew's Rd, father a butcher) , nor can I find a baptism for William Henry Morris in 1909 with other parents, to eliminate him.

You could order it but specify the father's name as Henry. If it wasn't, I think you could get your money back.

Local Registry offices, although frequently more expensive than the GRO, are often more accommodating. If you do go that route, the GRO refs wont be relevant.
