John Turley Warrell married Sithey (who on 1881 census is Lizzie) Schofield. 26 January 1891 at St Peters, Blackley, Manchester. Details on page 210 of marriages after banns, for the area. Can anyone please decipher John's father's name? It is Jason …. something, but not Warrell. Transcript suggests Mansell, but that doesn't look right. I can't find John anywhere either on previous census etc so I would be grateful for any and all help on this one!!!!! Cheers |

it just looks different to the other Warrell …. I have found other record saying that it IS, but I still can't find him, nor John, pre or post wedding. Sythe, Sithey, Tithey, Lizzie …… these are all names of Miss Schofield … who also disappears …sigh. |

Thanks. This probably is them, he is a fishmonger, as was John Schofield so I suppose they knew each others families from Smithfield Market. John F/T is about right age too. I typed in Worrall earlier this evening, but this never appeared (on ancestry). I must see if they emigrated or something , next.. |

Hallelujah! I have a link, my late other born 1914, told me of a family connect to Bluestone Farm but could not remember whom …. |
