A word of caution - depending on the locality, he may have been *buried* in a public cemetery rather than a church graveyard. Even by 1886, Churches were running out of space, but their local parish priest would conduct the service. Hence the burial appearing in the PR
With the same thoughts, his plot may have been reused since then unless they were able to purchase it in perpetuity. As they were listed at the Union workhouse in 1881 and Jonothan died there, its unlikely they could have afforded a private plot. Their family may not even have been able to pay for a headstone.
Lets not forgot that even if one existed and he was buried in church grounds, over the years many churches have up-rooted headstones to make maintenance easier.
Sorry to appear negative, but so many people assume they will find or can identify a certain grave.
