Probate only names the administrators of the will, not those who are named within it as beneficiaries. |

one more thing - His 2nd wife Florence isn't mentiond in the will _ so I'm assuming she has died by 1927 -but I cannot find her death? |

Wow just seen the rest of it!!! he was an amazing man by all accounts - he arranged the safe 'adoption' of my grandfather - makingsure he was cared for properly and was the doctor for another family member who had TB for 8 months - . |

I wasn't referrring to those children!! he locally in exeter sent many children -and paid for them to go into the house of Mercy to save themselves!! Including my great grandmother. |

It looks like the same man to me, born in Ireland as was his first wife and the two boys Victor and Percy. |
