It seems they were both born Rawclliffe according to census records but one married Hannah Kilham and he was a ag labourer and your John a boot and shoemaker. |

There seems to be 2 John Butterill 1 born in Rawcliffe, and another in Goole at around the same time the question is are these 2 place near ? or are they 1 of the same man ? |

I would 'guess' that this is Lucy and that she never married John. You need a childs birth certificate to check the mothers name |

There is a Public Tree on Ancestry that has photos...which it claims are of Loretta Butterill, her Father John Butterill and John William Bean her husband. |
