You have a thread DJS about various Richard Metcalfe's, where you have also asked about the possibility of a Gretna Green marriage. It also gives an idea of where Richard was living which would save folks looking all over for the marriage. |

Just to say Scotlands People isn't a subs site . You have to puchase units to look at any results and then use more units to look at actual info |

Scotlandspeople indexes show all BMDs up to 2014. Only births registered over 100 years ago, marriages over 75 years ago and deaths 50 years ago are available to view / download actual registrations. |

Well from 1912 to 1918--is a 5 year gap so could have moved several times across country with work.If you know either of the fathers names it maybe worth applying for the 1912 certificate ,either to confirm or discount,,,,, |
