Can anyone assist me tracing a date of death for my G G Grandmother Martha Amelia Chandler { nee Foster}. She appears on all census records upto and including the 1901 census.I assume she must have died sometime between 1901 and 1904 as my G G Grandfather William Henry Chandler re married in 1904 marital status widowed. |

Have you considered this death? She seems to be listed as just Amelia on the 1901 census and living in Bristol. |

The charge was reduced to manslaughter after the coroner's inquest. He was found guilty, but it was stated that his wife had been addicted to drink and he had received great provocation. He was given twelve months sentence. |
