Could anyone please have a look and see if they can find a marriage record for me? Between Fewster with Maiden name Kay. They were my Great Great Grandparents. They had a son (My great Grandfather) James W Fewster in 1918 in Durham and had 6 other children between 1915 and 1931. |

Do you know your great great grandparent's first names? |

I don't have the first names. My Grandmother says that Grannie Nellie rings a bell which would lead me to believe it may be the listing from gins (nellie being ellen) with the different spelling. I've searched Robert Thomas Fewster and the 1911 census he's living with Sarah Jane so I don't think thats the one. |

The births of the other children have a mixture of the spellings, not surprisingly |

To confirm Gins 1911 says I year old for Norman. The 1911 census was taken on 2nd April and William has put that Norman was born 7 April under the column headed "for infants under 1 year of age state the age in months as 'under 1 month' or 'one month' etc". Despite a full stop between 1 and 7 April it looks as though Ancestry have interpreted as age 17! |

You might have missed this birth as you say born between 1915-31 |

The births of the children on the census and possibly Jane is also theirs |

Thank you for your help everybody. Going to get the birth certificate anyway just to confirm but from the look of it this is them. Should have known with the spellings really as I've had a similar problem on an other branch of my tree with Cartwright (cartwrite, cartwrit...) |
