Hi,everybody.Came across a family reference to Henry Glendinning,Gentleman,of Eden Hall,in the County of Durham. (Early 1800's) What was and where was Eden Hall and what connection Henry and his family had,in regard to the Hall?Any help greatly appreciated.I think Henry's daughter,Elizabeth married a Richard Crowe of Wolviston,Co.Durham.Did they have family.Any info would be welcome. |

Eden Hall seems to have been somewhere around Shotton, which is in the Peterlee and Easington area: |

There are various Glendinnings in the censuses, in the Shotton area, though I haven't found one yet which mentions Eden Hall. |
