alviegal,,
I know nothing what so ever about William Henry Lawrence Campbell not even where he was born or when.
Can't even find him on the 1871 census for anywhere.
John W P Campbell when he signed up for the army in 1903 said his father was dead. So I just don't know where to look anymore and it's doing my head in.
Shirley yes Alice died December 1911 and I am looking for John W P Campbell going to OZ as I have found him on a ship going from Sydney NSW OZ to California USA.

What do you know about William Henry Lawrence Campbell? Have you found him on any census?
Could they have returned to Ireland for a while?
|
An Ancestor of mine had a child in 1885(I have his birth cert.)
Her name is Ellen Titlow born Cork Ireland 1863/4.
Parents brought her and the rest of the children over to Derbyshire in 1865 ish.
The last census I have of her is the 1881 and she is 17 Laundress then she goes missing. But has John William P Campbell in 1885 Newbold Derbyshire to William Henry Lawrence Campbell.
John William P Campbell also goes missing until 1901 when he is living with Alice Titlow and Peter Titlow, his grandmother and uncle.
Now the problem is I cannot find the marriage for Ellen Titlow to William Henry Lawrence Campbell or where they go until John William P Campbell turns up again. Could SKS help me as I have been looking for the marriage and where they disappear to for over a week.
