1861 - could well be Burrows on original. Occupation of John Senior would fit with dea and safc's 1881 census find.
If correct then John was John W and according to this born locally, not Colchester, Essex. However, the other coincidence would be that the 2 boys are ? found in the Colchester workhouse in 1881.
It would also indicate that he was previously married - see next post for marriage/death

I believe that John's occupation is Fireman (there is a Frederick close to bottom of page where the F looks the same). Says born Colchester, Essex
Mary Ann is born Millbrook and I think the children are Southampton (South'ton)
