Hi - Have been checking out the Thackeray's and it seems that it was the wrong name as it has been deleted on my tree and the family with the name of London has been inserted in and to be honest I think that is the right family after all.

Hi Chris - Yes I do mean the Thackeray's from Hampthwaite Yorkshire, not there at all.
I have emailed support at GR so waiting to hear from them.

You need to contact Genes Reunited directly.

Those of us who help out to find answers to your questions like who was Fred's father, are just members of the website like yourself. We have no way of accessing your tree to see what the problem is!

I am having to inform you that I went to put something on one of my Thackeray's and found that they are not on my tree!!! Not one of them and I spent hours on that family a couple of years ago, so could you please see what has happened. Have been trying to get the Thackeray's and family which should have been on the tree GR but none at all!!
