Have you checked Member Trees for anyone who has Elizabeth etc in their tree?


That's the best way to make contact people who might have personal information about their ancestors.


Go to Search (top right)

Click on Search All Member Trees, and then follow instructions.

Do you have the marriage to Thomas Clarke because according to the trees she would have married Robert Jordan first so would have married Thomas as Elizabeth Jordan.

A few trees on Ancestry say that she's the daughter of Johannes Rider (1707-1770) and Elizabeth Carrington (1717-1779). It says that she had no children with Thomas Clarke and that she also married Robert Jordan (1779-) and had children John Jordan (1762-) and Joseph Jordan (1765- 1848).
