Thomas is the illegitimate son of Ellen Wright she was born in 1851 in Patrington, Thomas was born in 1876 in Hilston, proved by BMD record. We are missing the 1891 census for them both. In the 1881 census Ellen is living at 13 Prince of Wales Terrace Hull with her sister (now married) called Ada Rylett, Ellen is listed as Head and all the other Wrights are listed as siblings. Thomas is listed as brother aged 5 but the birth cert shows he is Ellen's son. We dont know what happened to them after the 1881 census up to the 1901 census, we have the 1901 and 1911 census and know that Ellen married in 1905 to Thomas Stow, Thomas Wright married and lived until 1960 and on the other censuses he does list his birth place as Hilston. All records for Ellen state that she was a laundress. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

	A tree on ancestry has also Ada Ellen Wright, who i also on 1881 census with Ellen, noted as sister, as daughter of Ellen.
