I have some old family history information which has led me to Oliver Addy who lived in Wakefield in the 1500s and his descendants, two brothers John & Robert Addy who went to Ireland with Cromwells Army of Invasion (1649 - 1653). Apparantly, they and their descendants intermarried with the Irish of the Northern Counties. |
