I am trying to find John Collin Spence born c1878 in London, UK. In 1911 aged 33 his occupation was that of a Linotype Operator in London. I am afraid this is the only info I have of him - only that he had a daughter born 11 May 1899 in Erith, London. She was called Elizabeth Meldrum Spence and she married Donald Frazer on 4 June 1938 at Kensington Temple, London. She died in Leeds, W Yorkshire on 10 November 1971. There were no children from this marriage. I do not know her mother's name, but have searched in variations such as Meldrum, thinking this could have been her mother's maiden name, but I do not know if this is right. Any help would be gratefully received as I have been looking for John Collin Spence for what seems ages now. Thank you for your help. |
