Ernie is Eric's brother. I was clearing out undie drawer and left pile of stuff to chuck out on the floor.

Unbeknown to me Ernie had sneaked off with some stuff to try on, got his head stuck in a bra-strap, panicked, and ran out the back door. He's not normally allowed out unsupervised because he's a bit mental.

He panicked some more and started running round the gardens, with me chasing after. I was worried he'd run into the road and nice neighbour (moved in last week - don't know what he'll think) restrained him. Ernie panicked even more, which was when the little wee on the foot happened.

Ernie now back in house and won't come out from behind the telly (his favourite hiding place when he's been naughty).

Oh, should mention - Eric and Ernie are two of the cats.

Ginny - what sort of person are you, knowing about sites like that. Did you see it's rated #1 by "Kibbles and Tits Quarterly"?

And you ask what nice neighbour will think after watching a cat called Ernie come tearing out of house wearing a BRA being chased by hysterical woman screaming Eeeerrrrnnniiee?????

Do you really want some offers on that or indeed what sort of person Ginny is?

Edits..And cat pee STINKS,hope you offered to do the clean up job.
More edits.
Bit of luck he didnt take off what with the wind in the size of the bra, but he could have used it for a parachute though.

Fortunately, him next door was wearing rubber gardening shoes ('cos he was tidying garden) so he said"no harm done, they'll rinse and it was worth it for the laugh he had".

Eric & Ernie (so called 'cos we never stop laughing at them) are a breed that's renowned for stealing things - keys, clothing, glasses - anything. Last week I caught the two of them taking the pillows off the spare bed and dragging them downstairs to hide them in the dining room.

Fans - can't stop laughing at the idea of Ernie paragliding - poor little thing would blow out to sea - wee'ing from above. Reports on local news of yellow rain along North East coast.

Eric and Ernie.....so you have a cross dressing cat?

And you ask about what sort of person I am!

MarieCeleste

MarieCeleste Report 7 Nov 2010 13:43

I think really he's probably been trying to kill the bra and it fought back! and he got all entangled.

FannyByGaslight

FannyByGaslight Report 7 Nov 2010 13:44

Wee are Siamese if you please?

MarieCeleste

MarieCeleste Report 7 Nov 2010 13:47

Fans, they're Serengetis.

Their mother was sealpoint siamese and their father golden bengal. Inherited lots of weird traits from the two parent breeds. Play in water, retrieve things you throw and walk on leads.

FannyByGaslight

FannyByGaslight Report 7 Nov 2010 13:48

Eeeeeekkkkkspensive, you must be loaded to afford two at a time..!

MarieCeleste

MarieCeleste Report 7 Nov 2010 13:55

Wish I was loaded!

They're the first cats we've ever bought (I've always rescued or fostered for RSPCA). Serengetis are a new breed and a girl I know decided she was going to breed from her siamese and her mother's bengal.

We didn't pay very much and we got Ernie free because he was the runt.

It is for me.
My nan was in and out of the home as and when her mums fortunes allowed, but more in than out.
Barnardos would not have her(luckily for that time)as she had bad eyesight and was ill a lot.
