	Dont expect me to understand computer jargon Fans, I just click the back arrow thingy and it goes back to where I want it to go anyway. I have been talking to Terri about posting about the same family by pm tonight, dont think she has got the idea. A birth will be sent privately then she posts the name she has been given asking for the marriage of said person...waste of time really Did you see the aunt and niece post tonight sylv? ja...x

	Yeah I think it was a Lisa and Amanda Lisa has deleted her thread JC saw it, None of them have new numbers like starting with 11 ect. Must go to bed soon HID as started working nights so I'm home alone ja...x

	Years ago yes I could'nt stay on my own, but now no I am ok I just worry about my mobility if I fall which happened a few weeks ago, but I use my rollator all the time now so should be ok ja...x

	Lightish breakfast this morning, with the big lunch coming ...... can't have you lot eating too much ..... all except Dea of course :)) Breakfast Tea, coffee, juices (orange, cranberry, apple) Cold cereal:- CornFlakes, Shredded Wheat, Raisin & Almond Oatmeal Crisp, Muesli, Cocoa Pops Hot Cereal:- Porridge Toast, bagels, croissants, Danish pastries Jams (raspberry, loganberry, rhubarb & ginger), jellies (crabapple, quince, damson), seville orange marmalade, kumquat marmalade, Vegemite s xxx

	Well I started my morning by annoying the hell out of JC with all my PM's regarding ER's!!!! It'll give her something to do when she gets up later ;) ..........just rumaging through Sylvs cupboards, she's put that bl##dy vegemite stuff out instead of the Marmite rumage rumage rumage.....ewwe look how old this pasta is...bin...........agh ha.....MARMITE Yum...............I loves vitamin B on toast

	Good morning all, Enjoyed the breakfast thanks Sylvia. I had loads of toast and found a squashy tomato in your fridge so rumaged about for some olive oil and garlic and rubbed the lot all over my toast - delicious!!! Lunch looks yummy ! - see you all later. Dea x
