Thanks Gins I googled it and it mentioned Sheffield where as the other places on this thread all said Barnsley. As I have never been there I had no idea what is near what

much googling ................. Mildred died April 2008, aged 91, in the care home

Her house has been left to the Medlock and Tame Valley Conservation Society.

funny that - also the flight taxes are all but doubling - seems to be lost in the melee

And while I’m banging on....

What the #### are these 'care credits' they are talking about on the BBC...

Government suggestion is that you look after old people when you are young and able and this will earn you credits so you can be looked after when you get old!

What next....labour camps...a bullet through the head when you reach pensionable age

I thought I already paid for my care if and when I need it


Can someone help me get off this soap box, it's a bit high ;)
