Off with daughter to Tesco shortly......so excited...not. Only went there yesterday and you can have too much of a good thing.

I remember Aberfan, I was only a child but maybe because it was children my age that were killed it sticks out in your mind terrible tragedy.

Good news HID starts work next week, not very exiting but at least it is work...nights in Sainsburys. As long as he is here to cook my dinner thats ok.

Thats a good point Renes, The store shuts at 8pm so there is a good chance of getting the reduced stuff. My BIL has done this Job for at least 15 years after being made redundant from the print so it cant be that bad, he is with Tesco though.
Its full time but four nights sat -tue which is a b&%%&r as xmas falls at the weekend this year. Well at least I wont have to keep him for much longer.

So what hours will HID do

I think its 10 -8 for three nights and 10-7 for one night.
At least he will get a salary now, where as he was a delivery driver since we moved here and I am sure he was paying out more than he was earning. He had to supply the van through a rental company insurance and fuel then they paid him a pitance for doing the job.

Got mine signed up to some voluntary work today,been trying to find something for ages,he will be using his van to collect stuff,If it costs us the fuel for a day a week I dont mind as it will at least give him something to look forward to doing and it is for a local Childrens Hospice so a good cause.

I've often noticed that you use the words 'burn off' in weather terms. We would say that the fog has 'lifted'. You're becoming quite a Canadian for a Lancashire lass....lol

Oh yes Cyn High mobility and mid care indefinatly. My medical was a joke after I saw the report so many contridictions on what I said and what she wrote plus tests she did on me when I must have been out of the room because I am sure I would have noticed her doing them.
