A little bird told me Cynf is out spending money, money, money at one of those large supermarket stores to recover from hosp visit today.
Prob buying more frozen peas for tonights dinner..!

I got home from work about an hour ago...thought right, I'll get the sun lamp on my leg, do my nails and have a cuppa...first a visit to ladies room

On pulling up my trousers I have wrenched something in my collar and the pain goes through to the back of my shoulder.....

Nooooo.....I think I’m getting old

I have a heat patch on it, deep heat cream and have taken some Ibuprofen...if that don’t work soon, I’m having a brandy....which is very unlike me, cause brandy don’t like me at all

Had a quick flip thru - take it nothing from Cyns yet then

Gins - is so easy to wrench something - whilst - almost doing nothing -

I dropped a tissue once - bent over to pick it up
And spent the next month - practically doubled over and in pain - and I was young
And spent a fortunenon - good grief I have forgotten what someone is called who manipulates your bones - is called
