Is that the same thing as a roux Ginns??

VERY tricky !! - The flour does like to lump if you don't stirr quickly enough ............ enjoy !!

I made profiteroles one year for the fiesta of the Cross -- (80 of them ) ---- all the villagers loved them --

I spent the next 3 months teaching the women - family by family how to make choux pastry

Have not made them at home since

Yes Renes - I did a similar thing - eclairs for 100+ people, as well as the rest of the buffet !!

Went down a treat but I don't think I will be repeating it!!

Don't you hate it when someone keeps correcting your spelling

I am proud I got a grade 5 CSE in English (just for turning up) I try my hardest, if I get one or two wrong please ignore lol
