That's the one where the guy had "disappeared" during the war ..... I worked out that he'd been kicked out of the army for misconduct, changed his name and re-joined.

He also married someone under the "new" name

Then he married someone else under his real name

Also turned out to be a duplicate thread, Janey found that out ..... and John never returned


But NOW, a descendant of one of this guy's brothers has turned up .... and we'd solved his "lost" relation problem as well!

Easy Renes.
I have a meadow next door to me and in it is 4 cows.
So Cowmeadow is good name.
Unusual most certainly it is though and you sure cant go wrong with locating THOSE births !

Seen a lot worse....Some I have HAD to comment on,,with apologies added of course,me being ever polite.

But if it had been Cowpat,now that might have been a different thing..!
