James McCabe was known to have his name (along with several other doctors) on advertisements for patent remedies, including Dinnefords. I don't think he invented it, just recommended it, along with several other medicines. |

Any info on Dr James McCabe born 1774 , died 1850 in Cheltenham. Family story has been told that James had something to do with Dinnerfords Milk of Magnesia. Would love some ideas of how to find out more. |
