i have marriage certs and death cert for clara, and birth death and marriage for elizabeth, but cant find claras birth

As previously said it's possible her birth wasn't reg as it wasn't compulsory before 1875

The birth posted by Potty is matched by a marriage in 1885

And this baptism...both of which are Suffolk, not Norfolk
