I think this is your Robert. I have checked the census image and his middle name is actually William (not Berthan as it has been transcribed) and the surname is Pepper. |

The 1911 Canadian census has a Robert William Pepper living 248 McIntosh Ave., Selkirk, Manitoba. He was born July 1882, Scotland and emigrated 1907. he has a wife, Margaret born July 1879, Scotland who also emigrated 1907. |

She is there, her name is above Robert's on the passenger list. Her name was entered as Maggie Moir and Maggie has been crossed through and replaced with Margaret. |
