This could be the family in 1841 Name: Josepha Rogers Age: 14 Estimated Birth Year: 1827 Gender: Female Where born: Cornwall, England Civil Parish: Gwithian Hundred: Penwith County/Island: Cornwall Country: England Street address:
Occupation: View Image Registration district: Redruth Sub registration district: Phillack Household Members: Name Age James Rogers 50 Ann Rogers 55 James Rogers 25 Elizabeth Rogers 15 Sophia Rogers 15 Josepha Rogers 14
In the 1861 census Lucinda is living with Daniel & Josephus (sic) Kibby and is listed as sister in law.
Josepha Kibby is on the 1881 census above with Lucinda.
So James & Ann could be Lucinda's parents but perhaps getting the birth cert would be the safest bet as Lucinda could be the child of one of the children!

Possibly the marriage for Daniel and Josepha but not a Rodgers surname for her. Perhaps a second marriage.

Are you still searching? John W Rogers(born1791 Liskeard) a widower married Elizabeth Restarick (born 1804 Creed Cornwall) on 20 Dec 1832 Creed, he had two children from previous marriage Elizabeth & William and she had an illegitimate daughter Sefina(known as Josepha who married Daniel Kibby, Liverpool)
John Rogers & Elizabeth had 5 children, Ann, John, Edmund, Priscilla & Lucinda(Lucy) being one of them, she was baptised 23 August 1840 in Creed &, Gramound, Cornwall. She married Thomas Forrest & they had Thomas H R, Lucy Elizabeth(Josepha), John P B, Daniel K and Edwin. On the 1881 Census when it says sister in law to Josepha Kibby this was the term used at that time for a half sister in the next census it states sister.
